Small Group Training

Learn and master the fundamentals of weight training in small groups of four people.  Our small group training is an eight-week long program with options to meet once or twice per week. Get the benefits of personal training at a fraction of the cost!

Cardio/Core

Out of 10

Enjoy non-stop core training, accompanied by heart-pumping cardiovascular exercise.

Barre

Out of 10

Barre classes are great way to tone problem areas without over-stressing the joints. Small movements are used to tone the butt, calves, thighs, arms, and abs. The muscles are worked to fatigue and then stretched to create long lean muscles.

TRX

Out of 10

This class will teach the set-up and use of the TRX, along with correct body position, alignment and basic TRX movements. Emphasis will be on range of motion, functional movement and strength, balance and stability. All fitness levels welcome!

Spinning

High energy cycling class that is one of the best ways to improve cardiovascular fitness and burn calories! It is a low-impact class that is suitable for everyone and can be modified for all ability levels.

Tabata

The workout that fitness experts have been raving about! Each set features 20 second intervals of maximal effort exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest, then repeated eight times.

BootCamp

Utilizing free weights, kettlebells, battling ropes, medicine balls and other devices of torture, bootcamp is a strength building class that will challenge your muscular endurance and transform your body from head to toe.
