and which aren’t sustainable over the long term.
We understand that each client’s goals and nutritional needs are unique, and that what may work for one person, may not work for another. Because of this, every nutritional program is tailor made for each client, and designed to allow you to achieve all of your health and wellness goals, without being overly restrictive.
Zone Fitness monitors your diet to make sure that you’re taking in enough calories to sustain all of the hard work you’re putting in at the gym. We understand that a healthy diet is more than just counting calories, and we stress the importance in making sure that those calories are coming from the right amounts of proteins, healthy fats, and yes, even CARBS!
We strive to make it all as easy and mindless as possible for our clients. Whether it’s giving you tips on how to make food preparation easier, building a weekly grocery list together, or even going grocery shopping WITH you, we will do everything we can to help our clients be successful in leading a healthy lifestyle.
