Barre is a fitness based workout, derived from a classical ballet barre one would experience in a typical ballet class. Barre helps to create those long, lean muscles typical of dancers through low-impact, isometric movements designed to fatigue your muscles.
No ballet or dance experience is necessary for barre. Bare feet or grip socks are suggested as well as comfortable clothing to move in. All levels welcome.
Boot Camp is a strength building class utilizing equipment such as free weights, kettle bells, battle ropes, and medicine balls. This class will challenge and test your muscular endurance and transform your body from head to toe.
Comfortable clothing and sneakers are required for this class. All levels welcome.
Spin is a high energy class designed to give you a vigorous workout without the impact of running and jumping. This low-impact class will challenge your cardiovascular strength and burn calories.

Join us for Pilates and exercise your way to a healthy body and mind. Pilates techniques build a strong body from which one can transition into more advanced stages, including a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a range of difficulties, from beginner to advanced.
